Every order is supplied with a tracking number.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday and please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for your dispatch email.)
- Alessi Swim DOES NOT hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.Please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number as we cannot leave parcels unattended in your letterbox or at your front door. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout.
- Alessi Swim does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.
